Bonnie Arendt retired June 1st this year from the Clio branch.  She started at Quality Pool long before computers, and processed all our invoices and accounts receivable by hand.  All invoices were hand written, priced, extended, and posted.  Unimaginable, isn’t it?

Old timers here can remember stacks of invoices on her desk in the 1980’s, waiting to be priced, so high that you could measure them in FEET, not inches.   She later moved into accounting while still doing some pricing, specializing in pool kits.  Bonnie was also responsible for overseeing that all 2,000 Quality Pool catalogs were put together correctly each and every year. 

Bonnie plans to enjoy her retirement by traveling with her husband Jim, who earlier retired from Consumers Energy Company.  Her children, Tracey Campbell, Steven Gross, and son-in-law Tom Campbell all worked at Quality Pool for a time.
