Adam started with Quality Pool Supply in 1993, delivering products while still attending high school and then college. He later moved to Dublin, Ohio and helped start the branch there in 1998. After 2 years Adam moved to Cincinnati and worked for Fort Wayne Pools as warehouse manager. After returning to Quality Pool in 2002, Adam became Operations Manager and later moved to customer service. He also handles warranty claims. "It's all about the customer. If the customer is not happy then we're not happy."
