Chad started working summers at the Clio branch when he was a junior in high school in 1999. He heard about Quality Pool from his cousin, Mark Harrison, who worked in Clio as a buyer. Mark moved to Ohio in 1998 to be on the original start-up team in Dublin as Warehouse Manager.

Starting out working in the warehouse pulling orders, he eventually became a driver. After learning the ropes, Chad joined the team on the phones as an accomplished customer service representative.

In February 2006 he transferred to Dublin and was promoted to the Warehouse Manager position. Chad works very hard at taking care of his customers. The rest of his team knows he will do whatever it takes to keep his customers happy.

In his spare time, Chad enjoys snowmobiling, hunting, fishing and keeping the roads hot running back and forth from Ohio to Michigan.
