Denny started working at Quality Pool Supply when it began in 1971. He worked summers delivering pools and driving route trucks while attending Central Michigan University. Upon graduation in 1974, Denny started working full-time as warehouse manager and part-time floor sweeper.

Over the years he moved into sales and became a buyer for the company in 1990. Denny now heads a four-person team of buyers in Clio that does purchasing for all branches. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, target shooting and hobby farming.

Denny was very pleased that Quality Pool moved into its new 45,000 square foot corporate headquarters in 2002.
