Justin has worked at Quality Pool Supply since June of 1987, starting as a warehouse clerk while still in high school. While attending Aquinas College, he worked part time as a truck driver. After graduating in 1993 with a degree in accounting, he became the Warehouse Manager for the Wayland location (now Byron Center). Justin's responsibilities were many, including managing the shipping, receiving, inventory, customer service, as well as handling warranties and returns.

He later worked as our purchasing agent for 3-4 years, before being promoted to his current position, as Operations Manager or J.O.A.T (Jack-Of-All-Trades) for the Byron Center branch.
