Randy was born into the swimming pool business.  His parents, Roger and Angie Nietling, owned Chesaning Pools, so Randy worked with his father and brothers installing inground swimming pools and helped his mother operate the retail store.

He attended Lansing Community College and Michigan State University where he studied marketing, and in 1990 began his career with Quality Pool Supply as a sales representative.

Randy joined our team here because, as he put it, "... I had set my sites on working with a pool company that had great integrity in their service, as well as the products they sell."  Quality Pool Supply filled the bill.
